Episode Description
In this week’s episode, I am thrilled to welcome the lovely Dr. Jennifer Pratt, a Pediatric Physician from her home in Minnesota. Dr. Jen Pratt is a pediatric physician caring for children in the same hospital where she was treated. Her story has come full circle, back to where her life was transformed. Dr. Pratt can now help improve the lives of other children battling critical illnesses with the gift of a wish referral and personally share in the transformation that comes with her patients’ wish experiences.
She attended medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, IL, and completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Minnesota. Her areas of interest include teaching medical students and residents, quality improvement work, and caring for medically complex children. Outside of the hospital, Jen enjoys golfing and exploring the outdoors with her family.
Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Make-A-Wish is the world’s leading children’s wish-granting organization, operating in every community in the United States and nearly 50 countries worldwide.
