In the second episode, I am thrilled to welcome the incredible human, Reyaan van der Westhuizen, to the show. Reyaan’s story starts as a teenager with a love for fitness. After school, he would discover strength training to build muscle and ultimately Muay Thai fighting for cardiovascular fitness. Reyaan would soon become a South African championship fighter who competed internationally at the world championships in Thailand through dedication and hard work. Muay Thai was his passion until one fateful day when Muay Thai became his lifeline. Today we have the honor of having Reyaan join us on the podcast to share his story of human resilience in the face of adversity with us. Enjoy the episode, and a special thank you to my listeners for joining me on this journey. Stay tuned and keep listening.
