I am thrilled to be joined on the podcast by the phenomenal Ana Lennyr. Ana is a Life Strategist Specializing in Relationships and Parenting Mentoring and an Anti-Depression Expert. Ana believes that by addressing the root cause that holds people back from experiencing true love, I help you remove any excuses and replace them with reasons and opportunities so you can never be afraid of being hurt.
Ana Lennyr went through a few hardships in life, like abandonment by her father, an alcoholic mother, insomnia for two and half years, a suicide attempt at age 19, chronic back pain and migraines for 27 years of her life, obesity, non-alcoholic liver hepatitis, divorce, poverty, and a depressed child.
What makes Ana Lennyr unique is that she combines a teacher, psychologist, and parent experience with her anti-depression and relationship expertise. Ana Lennyr believes that love is easy if you know how to master the game and never fall into any traps.
In this episode, Ana and I talk about the secrets of true love. She shares the big secret to finding true and sustaining true love, how to be loved and respected, and truly transform your relationships and evolve together.
Ana has been kind to make her three-and-a-half-hour true love course available to the Surviving Trauma: Stories of Hope audience at $497. Unfortunately, there are only ten spots available for anyone interested, and as a bonus, you will also get a 1:1 session with Ana.
